These Terms govern your use of MyGuildRoster (the “Service”), a web application for managing World of Warcraft guilds, available at myguildroster.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
MyGuildRoster helps guild leaders and members organise their roster, schedule raids, track attendance, plan tactics, manage loot, and review recruitment applications. A free, fully-featured demo is provided for evaluation (see section 5).
You sign in using your Discord account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord credentials secure. You must be old enough to use Discord in your country.
Paid plans are offered as recurring memberships and are processed by our payment provider, Patreon, who handles billing, payment details, and applicable taxes. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through Patreon; access continues until the end of the current paid period. A free demo and a 7-day free trial are provided before any charge, so payments are non-refundable except where your local law requires otherwise. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice. The demo guild is provided free and “as is” for evaluation. Changes made in the demo are local to your browser and are not saved.
The Service integrates with third parties including Discord (sign-in and bot messaging), Warcraft Logs and Raider.IO (public character data), and Patreon (payments). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
MyGuildRoster is an independent, unofficial fan tool. World of Warcraft and related marks are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your guild at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
