This policy explains what data MyGuildRoster (“we”) collects and how we use it. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service.

How we use it

We use your data ONLY to run the Service for your guild. Your guild's data is used solely to provide the website to you and your guild and to keep it running well. We do not use it for any purpose outside the website, we do not share or sell it to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising. Each guild's data is kept separate and is only visible within that guild.

Third parties

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it outside of operating this website for your guild.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account or guild is active. When a guild is deleted, its data is removed. You can request deletion of your data at any time via the contact form.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can delete your own characters and (if you are the guild’s GM) your guild from within the app, or contact us for help.
